Due to the prevalence of JAMB documents related issues/concerns, particularly from students in their Final Year and in order to ease the resolution of those issues, the BUSA Academic Committee have created a form to easefully project these concerns and work alongside with the University’s Registry for the quick rectification of the stated problems.
Kindly ensure the form is appropriately filled and students who may have filled a form prior to this are to refill.
