The governing council of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) in Ogbomoso has approved the appointment of Mr Kehinde Olusegun Olatokun as substantive bursar.
Olatokun’s appointment was approved by the governing council during its meeting on Wednesday.
The appointment takes effect immediately and is for a single five-year term.
Olatokun graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) in Ile-Ife with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (1993) and a Master of Business Administration (2000).
He is an experienced professional who has established himself as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), among others.
Olatokun boasts of 30 years post qualification experience, cutting across the Office of the Auditor General of Oyo State, Deputy Bursar, OAU, Ile-Ife, pioneer Bursar, First Technical University (now Abiola Ajimobi Technical University) Ibadan and currently Deputy Bursar, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife before his appointment as the new substantive Bursar of LAUTECH, Ogbomoso.
