A Senior Secondary School student from Akoko Anglican Grammar School, identified as Habib Salau, has reportedly been fatally stabbed.
According to reports, Habib was allegedly stabbed by a female student named Sandra following an altercation.
The two students were said to have engaged in a fight outside the school premises after classes had ended.
Witnesses claim that Sandra admitted the knife used in the incident was given to her by a student from Ajiroke Technical School.
The body of the deceased, Habib, has reportedly been taken to the mortuary at Specialist Hospital, Ikare.
Ondo State Police Commissioner, Abayomi Oladipo, confirmed that the case has been handed over to the Criminal Investigation Department for further inquiry.
He assured the public that a thorough investigation will be carried out.
