2025 Lagos State Science Research and Innovation Council (LASRIC) STEM Challenge
LASRIC is in search of solutions that are ready for funding and designed to help students strengthen their understanding of STEM subjects.
These solutions should be adaptable for students ranging from primary school to tertiary education levels.
Focus Areas: FutureTech, Al/Robotics, GreenTech, Inclusivity Tech, EdTech/General Tech Skills and Capacity Building.
Benefits of LASRIC STEM Challenge
Please note that initiatives with high-value scalable solutions will be considered for LASRIC equity investment.
Requirements for LASRIC STEM Challenge
To be eligible for the LASRIC STEM Award, the applicant must:
- Have valid means of identity.
- Have a startup company registered and based in Lagos.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a product/tool/solution/technique that is your original idea.
- Have a Minimum Viable Product (i.e., Have successfully implemented this solution to verifiable beneficiaries with documented impact).
- Not be indebted to the Lagos State Government through loans or support funds (e.g., LSETF).
