2025 CWAY Foods Graduate Trainee Programme

CWAY Foods, a rapidly expanding Nigerian dairy company with the ambition to become Africa’s leading dairy brand, is inviting graduates with academic backgrounds in Agriculture to apply for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme. This training initiative will span three months.

The CWAY Foods Graduate Trainee Program is designed to reinforce the company’s growth efforts in the dairy industry while contributing to national economic development by creating employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Benefits of Participating in the CWAY Graduate Programme

The program offers a basic monthly salary of ₦70,000 for the three-month duration. Participants will also be provided with free accommodation. After the program ends, trainees will be evaluated, and those who meet performance expectations may be offered permanent employment with competitive pay and additional staff benefits.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must have completed their mandatory NYSC.
• Candidates must not be more than three years post-NYSC.
• Willingness to relocate to Ogere in Ogun State is required.
• Applicants must be interested in launching and building a career in a dairy production company.
• Readiness for immediate employment is essential.
