KUST wudil has published a timetable of events for all newly admitted students for the 2018/2019 academic session. All newly admitted students are to note the following dates and ensure they complete each of the activities before the given deadline;

Completion of Acceptance of Admission in JAMB Website through www.caps.jamb.gov.ng and Printing of Official JAMB Admission Letter. 1 Week Monday, 4th – Friday, 8th March, 2019
2 Payment of the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Naira only (N3500.00K) non-refundable Acceptance Fees through KUST COLLECTION Account No. 1130074105 at any branch of Zenith Bank PLC and printing of the University Admission Letter from KUST Portal (www.kustwudil.edu.ng ) 3 Week Monday, 4th – Friday, 23rd March, 2019
3 Drugs Screening Test for all newly admitted students 2 Week Monday, 25th – Friday, 5th April, 2019
4 Screening and Clearance of newly Admitted students 3 Week Monday, 8th – Friday, 26th April, 2019
5 Payment of central registration fees by newly admitted students 3 Week Monday, 15th April – Friday, 3rd  May, 2019
6 Online Registration by newly admitted students 3 Week Monday, 22nd April  – Friday, 10th May, 2019
7 Orientation of newly admitted students 2 Week Monday, 31st April – Friday, 10th May, 2019
8 Matriculation of newly admitted students 1 Day Thursday, 20th May, 2019
 
LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE PRESENTED DURING SCREENING AND CENTRAL CLEARANCE OF NEW STUDENTS
It is mandatory for all newly admitted candidates to present original and  photocopy of the following documents for scrutiny during the screening exercise in their respective Departments:
1.      2018/2019 JAMB Official Admission Letter
2.      KUST, Wudil Notification Letter of Admission
3.      2018 UTME Result Slip
4.      2018 Direct Entry Registration Slip (Direct Entry only)
5.      SSCE O’Level Result(s)
6.      A’Level Qualification (Direct Entry only)
7.      Primary School Certificate
8.      State/Local Government Indigene Certificate
9.      Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
10.  Completed Undertaking Form
NOTE: It is important for all the candidates to note that they must accept the admission in JAMB website through caps.jamb.gov.ng and print official JAMB Admission Letter.
