Aminu Dabo College of Health Sciences first semester break for 2019/2020
Following the successful end of academic activities during the first Semester 2019/2020 the College will proceed on a week short break as from Monday November 30, 2020.
The College, however, is to resume on Monday, December 7, 2020 marking the beginning of the Second Semester of the academic session.
However, during the closure period other non-academic duties will continue uninterrupted in the College while all staff are expected to take note and comply accordingly.
In the interim, the College Authority has directed all students to use online portal for capturing personal data information, course registration using functional e-mail address among others before returning to the College after the break.
In a circular to the staff and students signed by Head of the College Examination Office Mal Adam Uba Muhammad explained that to capture the biodata of each student’s information will facilitate the smooth and better access to updated records.
He stated that, to make the exercise easy to register, already his Office in collaboration with the College ICT personel have developed an online database platform on the College new portal as departure from the old filling out of forms manually.
Chief Examiner Adam Uba further expressed optimism that, the portal will maintain a central treasury and help in sending as well as receiving examination results and other important academic records of the students whenever required and requested for an online format seamlessly.
He therefore stressed the need for all the students to report unfailingly for the exercise on scheduled dates and time.
