The Student Union Government of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), formerly called Anambra State University, have decried the lack of consideration for customers by a bank operating on campus. This criticism from the SUG came after students were pictured sitting on the floor of a bank on campus because there were no chairs in the bank hall for customers.
Students of the school claim in the comments that the poor customer services is because they are students and the banks believe they have fewer options. The COOU SUG, in their Facebook post, demanded better services for their students who visit the banks on campus.
