Coronation Merchant Bank Graduate Trainee Programme 2025

The Coronation Graduate Trainee Programme Academy aims to attract fresh talent into companies within the Coronation Ecosystem. This initiative provides recent graduates with a unique platform to acquire hands-on experience, benefit from customised training, and receive mentorship, all within a dynamic and supportive work setting.

The Academy emphasises building technical proficiency and analytical skills, equipping participants to manage risks, seize opportunities, and navigate regulatory landscapes. Moreover, it promotes the creation of professional networks both within and beyond the Coronation Ecosystem.

The 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme has six academies:

1. Actuarial Academy
2. Enterprise Academy
3. Finance Academy
4. Marketing & Communications Academy
5. Registrars Academy
6. Technology Academy

Requirements for Coronation Merchant Bank Graduate Trainee Programme

• A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a second-class upper division (2:1) from a reputable university.
• A minimum of 5 credits in WAEC, including Mathematics & English, in not more than two sittings.
• Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Applicants must not be older than 27 years of age at the time of application.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be considered an added advantage.
