CRUTECH Student Drowns During Departmental Pool Party

Ugbe Dominic aka Paperboi, a 200 level Guidance and Counseling student of the Cross River State University of Technology (CRUTECH) drowned on Friday, May 11, 2019, in a swimming pool at a hotel in Calabar. It was reported that the incident occured during a pool party organized by his department and paperboi allegedly drowned while participating in a swimming competition.
