If you have an ambition to study abroad, you can apply for the University of Regina Circle of Scholars Entrance Scholarship. The program aims to assist high potential international students who wish to start a bachelors degree at the University of Regina in Canada. In addition to the scholarship value, the awardees of this scholarship will be invited to meet with the President of the university each year for a Circle of Scholars event.
