Former student union leader plans to set 214-hour reading record


Ajao Samson, former Students Union President at Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, is seeking to set a new Guinness World Record.
Ajao plans to set the record for the longest reading time with a 214-hour marathon.
Ajao had already announced on his Facebook page that he would participate in the 214-hour read-a-thon.
The read-a-thon began on Monday, May 6, at Adolak Conference Hall in Osogbo and is set to continue until Tuesday, May 14, 2024.
The 214-hour read-a-thon, as announced on his Facebook page, began at precisely 11:00 a.m. on Monday. As of press time, he had already surpassed four hours and was approaching the fifth.
