JAMB Introduces Official Eligibility Checker for 2025 UTME Candidates

Understanding the JAMB Eligibility Checker
Every year, thousands of candidates apply for admission into Nigerian universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, and other tertiary institutions through JAMB. However, many applicants unknowingly select courses or institutions for which they do not meet the necessary requirements. This often results in disqualification, delays, or the need to change courses during admission screening exercises.
To address this challenge, JAMB has introduced the Eligibility Checker Portal to help candidates verify their qualifications before completing their UTME registration. By using this tool, applicants can confirm whether they meet the specific entry requirements set by different institutions and programs.
