The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has suspended all services requiring physical contacts in its offices and centres nationwide for a period of two weeks due to the spread of Covid-19. Similarly, all services requiring biometric verification has been suspended indefinitely.
This was made known by the Board’s head of media, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja.
The statement reads added that the situation will be reviewed regularly and as soon as the circumstance permits, all suspended services would be resolved without delay.
Meanwhile, the public can use the upgraded online ticketing service of the board via support.jamb.gov.ng for enquiries, complaints and to handle some services. Candidates can access the services on the board’s website www.jamb.org.ng and also through candidates’ profiles.
