KEE Australia Holds Executive Management Workshop to Enhance Team Efficiency
Kingdom Entrepreneurs Embassy (KEE) Pty Ltd, Australia, proudly announces the launch of a critical management training program. This marks the beginning of a series of on-the-job training sessions aimed at enhancing the skills and efficiency of its executive team.
Over the past six months, KEE has assembled a new team, and their capabilities and performance are essential to the company’s growth, development, and overall success. To ensure this team is equipped for these challenges, KEE is hosting a workshop from 26th to 27th August 2024.
This workshop will cover a range of essential topics, including Leadership and Management Skills, Strategic Planning, Team Building, Digital Marketing Strategies, Customer Relationship Management, Financial Acumen, and the legal aspects of business management.
Apostle Dominic Amponsah Boadu, KEE’s CEO and Lead Pastor of Royal Life Global Ministries, emphasized the importance of this training initiative. “The need for training is very key to aligning and positioning the team for performance and along the organization’s mission for effective service delivery,” he stated.
He further added, “The training also underscores the importance of team empowerment, to foster operational excellence for continuous growth and development.”
The workshop is being facilitated by Prof. Abraham O. A., a versatile educationist and international trainer with excellence in business management, leadership, law, and hospitality, among other fields. His expertise will be instrumental in guiding KEE’s executive team through the intricacies of these critical areas.
