The Lagos State Government will continue to invest in school sports and encourage sports activities in schools to explore their potential as a career route for talented pupils and students, as has been done in other areas of the world.
Students who succeed in sports will be supported at school with incentives, and their athletic careers will be developed through training and exposure to national and international contests.
