In a series of cult related attacks, a 200Level Geology student of the Niger Delta University has recently become the latest victim, as he was on Thursday 20th February, 2020 gruesomely murdered by a group of boys alleged to be members of an opposition cult group. The student was attacked at his residence in Amassoma, Bayelsa State.
According to an eye witness , the group of boys numbering over 20 had walked passed him around few minutes past 7pm all looking very angry. After a few minutes, news of the attack had already spread and the victim was rushed to the hospital where he was confirmed dead.
