As the new academic year begins, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Kwara State has increased its efforts to secure the safety of schools. To this purpose, the command has dispatched an all-female squad to protect the state’s educational institutions.
He stated that its mission was to ensure the safety of educational environments while also protecting against dangers from unscrupulous individuals.
He stated, “The squad comprises highly trained and dedicated officers who have undergone rigorous training in both armed and unarmed combat to effectively safeguard schools and campuses.”
