The Sahara Group GMT Program is designed to help recent graduates and young professionals advance their careers and fulfil their aspirations to become future Sahara leaders. It is a six-month curriculum that blends theoretical business knowledge with practical application on the job.
The curriculum is primarily experiential, with an emphasis on acquiring meaningful and impactful skills. It comprises core skills training, assignments and rotations, stretch projects, coaching, and mentoring to help you become globally competitive.

Requirements for Sahara Group Graduate Management Trainee Program
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2:1 in any discipline
- 0- 2 years of post-graduate formal working experience
- Must have completed NYSC Program
- A master’s degree from a recognised university and professional qualifications will be a plus for accelerated growth
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in French Language is an advantage
