The Digital Skills Empowerment Programme (DiSEP) is a strategic initiative to identify and nurture digitally skilled individuals, equipping them with essential training and development to support Stanbic IBTC Group’s digital transformation efforts. This programme also addresses the shortage of digital talent in the job market.
DiSEP offers an intensive learning experience and a unique platform for ambitious and resourceful young individuals to acquire the skills needed for a fast-tracked career. Participants will also have the chance to prepare for and achieve professional certifications, enhancing their career prospects and expertise.
Requirements for Stanbic IBTC Digital Skills Empowerment Programme
- Applicants should be interested in building a career in the following technical fields: Kubernetes, NET Core, C#, Software Testing and Automation, DevOps, and Java.
- Minimum of a Second Class Lower degree in an Information Technology or Engineering related course from an accredited University.
- Minimum of five credits (Mathematics and English inclusive) in GCE, NECO or its equivalent
- Applicants must have concluded NYSC and must have discharge certificate in hand.
- Applicant’s Date of Birth, Gender and class of degree must be clearly stated.
- Applicant must not be more than 28 years old as at the time of application
