Mr. Akintunde Sawyer, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), has stated that the fund will be properly administered. The NELFUND executive emphasised that the fund is intended for indigent children who require unrestricted access to education.
