ABRAKA (Sundiata Scholar) – Delta Prof. Samuel Asagba, the Vice Chancellor, Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, says the institution spends about N720 million annually on electricity bill. Asagba, the 8th substantive Vice Chancellor of DELSU, made this known during the university’s
