ILLORIN (Sundiata Scholar)- Kwara Government has discouraged the culture of branding materials donated to public school children with subtle or obvious political messages and indoctrination. The Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Hajia Sa’adatu Moddibo-Kawu, said this in
