Dr. (Engr.) Taofeek Adekunle Abdul-Hameed, Rector of the Federal Polytechnic in Ayede Ogbomosho, Oyo State, has encouraged President Bola Tinubu to replace the current Higher National Diploma (HND) with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) to aid financially disadvantaged students across the
