Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara has pledged the state government’s support for Wigwe University. Fubara made the announcement on Saturday following the funeral service of Herbert Wigwe, the late CEO of Access Holdings Plc, in Isiokpo, Ikwerre Local Government Area, Rivers State.
