Resident doctors at the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital in Amaku, Awka, have vowed to strike due to unpaid allowances and poor medical infrastructure at the institution. The doctors, representing the Association of Resident Doctors (ARD)-COOUTH, have stated that if the
