The eagerly anticipated admission list for 2023–2024 has been released by Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED). This post contains important information for you if you were one of the eager applicants who participated in the TASUED admission screening.

TASUED Admission Update

For all those eager learners who participated in the screening exercise, TASUED’s management has officially disclosed the admission list for the 2023/2024 academic year. But before you jump into celebration mode, there are certain steps to follow.

Verifying Your Admission Status on JAMB Portal

Before TASUED uploads the list to its official website, the only avenue for candidates to check their status is via the JAMB admission status portal. Here’s a step-by-step guide to aid you:

  1. Navigating to JAMB Portal: Head over to JAMB’s official e-facility.
  2. Logging In: Input your username and password to access your JAMB profile.
  3. Checking Admission Status: Scroll down to locate the ‘Check Admission Status’ tab. Once there, select your exam year and type in your registration number.
  4. Final Verification Step: Click on ‘Check Admission Status’. Alternatively, you can click ‘Access my CAPS’ for a comprehensive view of your admission status and related services.

Post-Admission Steps

  1. Accepting Your Offer: Visit the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) to either accept or decline your offer.
  2. Printing Admission Letter: Once you’ve accepted the offer, get a printout of your JAMB admission letter.
  3. Course Adjustments: In situations where the offered course differs from what you initially applied for, apply for a change of course on the JAMB Portal.

Checking Admission Status on TASUED’s Portal

  1. Visit TASUED’s official admission status portal: http://my.tasued.edu.ng/core/auth/index.php.
  2. Log in using your JAMB registration as your username and your surname as the password.
  3. Under the ‘Login As’ section, choose ‘Prospective Student’, then hit ‘Login’.
  4. Once in, click the ‘Admission Status’ link to view your status.
