We are inviting applications for internships to contribute to The Economist as writers on foreign affairs. These internships, based in London, are paid positions open to candidates of any nationality and background. While a strong interest in economics is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
Our internship program is designed to identify potential future journalists for The Economist. Prior experience is not essential—what matters most is the original article you submit as part of your application. Successful applicants can expect to take on engaging and impactful assignments from the start.
