Tinubu says schools must be safe and secure for learning

President Bola Tinubu has told Nigerians that his administration is implementing thorough methods to ensure that our schools remain safe learning environments, rather than lairs for kidnappings.

Tinubu made the proclamation on Sunday, in a statement hailing the news of the Kuriga schoolchildren’s liberation in Kaduna State.

He stressed the significance of coordination between the federal government and states for expected results, particularly in concerns of security.

The President praised the National Security Adviser, the Security Agencies, and the Kaduna State Government for their promptness and diligence in handling this situation, noting that early urgency, meticulous attention, and unwavering dedication are critical to successful outcomes in cases of mass abductions.
