University of Calabar Post-UTME Candidates Flogged by University Staff 😲😲
A video that captured a UNICAL Post-UTME coordinator swinging a cane widly at Post-UTME candidates surfaced online and has since gone viral. One would expect a more civil approach to be applied to organizing candidates for their screening test, especially in a tertiary education environment.
The Twitter user who shared a footage from the scene of the incident blamed the chaos that ensued on “terrible organizational skill”.
