The Youth Transformation Programme provides extensive training and support to young Nigerian entrepreneurs, strongly focusing on female entrepreneurs aged 18-35. The programme aims to equip participants with the tools and knowledge required to thrive in today’s competitive business environment by offering enterprise training, grant opportunities, market access assistance, and tailored mentoring.

Participants will benefit from a self-paced virtual training spanning 15 working days, designed to impart critical business skills. This will be complemented by interactive workshops and seminars to enhance their understanding and application of the concepts taught.

The highlight of the programme is a grand pitchathon, where participants will present their business ideas to a panel of distinguished judges. This final stage not only allows participants to showcase their innovations but also provides valuable feedback and opportunities to win grants, receive additional mentoring, or secure funding from potential investors attending the pitchathon.
