Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) Scholarship Award 2025 for Nigerian Undergraduates
The Academic Staff Union of Universities in Nigeria is offering scholarship awards to all eligible and interested students enrolled in any accredited tertiary institution across the country.
This scholarship is specifically aimed at supporting indigent Nigerian students.
ASUU encourages qualified applicants to submit their applications for the 2025 ASUU Scholarship available to students in recognised tertiary institutions nationwide.
Benefits of ASUU Undergraduate Scholarship
N200,000.00 will be awarded to 2 students from each university, provided they are registered branches of the union.
This fund is to support the applicant’s tuition, accommodation, and living stipends.
Requirements for ASUU Undergraduate Scholarship
In order to be eligible to apply for the scholarship,
Applicants must be indigent.Â
Applicant must be a registered student of any university with a recognised ASUU branch.
Applicant must have a good academic performance (CGPA of 3.0 and above).
Application Documents
An application letter, not more than two (2) pages which must include the following:
Name of candidate
Course and year of study
State of origin
Why you believe you are the most qualified for the award
The applicant’s letter must be accompanied by the following:
A photocopy of the candidate’s current identity card
A letter from the candidate’s current Head of Department including current information on the candidate’s CGPA for the preceding academic session
copy of the candidate’s registration form for the current semester
Two (2) current passport photographs.
