A video went viral yesterday that showed the moment a female member of the National Youths Corps Service (NYSC) was prevented from doing her monthly clearance by her Local Government Inspector(LGI), in Lagos state.
According to reports, the lady was prevented from proceeding with her clearance because of the way she was dressed. In the video, the official was heard speaking in Yoruba as she directed the lady to return to her house, as such outfits are not accepted.
Some other NYSC members that witnessed the incident could be heard giggling as the lady walked away in shame.
