The Kwara State Police Command has detained four Kwara State University (KWASU) students for allegedly beating a fellow student to death.
DSP Toun Ejire-Adeyemi, the command’s spokesman, confirmed the arrest to journalists in Ilorin on Friday.
According to him, an investigation into the purported murder was ongoing.
It was reported that the KWASU students allegedly beat their classmates to death for filming them.
The assault allegedly took place in a private hostel off campus.
