Sequel to the peaceful protest organized by student leaders of The Polytechnic, Ibadan on Monday, the management of the Polytechnic held a round table meeting with the management, staff and student leaders on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, where they agreed to solutions on issues confronting the institution.
Here are some of the agreements made:
The payment of internet and insurance is hereby cancelled while those that have paid will be refunded.
The first semester 2019/2020 examination is hereby postponed till November 2nd 2020.
Also, issues about laboratory coat, removal of anti-cultism payment as a prerequisite for registration, pending results, course registration, SIWES returning students and other issues were vividly considered.
