At the JAC Congress held on Thursday, 28 January, 2021 at the University Auditorium, where the terms of the agreement between Niger State Government and the In-House Unions of IBBU, Lapai was considered, and the following resolutions reached:
That items 2 and 3 on the Agreement are implemented as scheduled ;
That the Standing Committee should meet and resolve all the remaining pending, issues within the next three months as from 1 February 2021
That the ongoing strike action is hereby suspended conditionally as from 12 midnight of Sunday, 31 January, 2021
