Gun-wielding men stormed Green Field University in Kaduna state, abducting several students of the institution, on Tuesday night, April 20.
According to reports, the gunmen stormed the school located along the Kaduna-Abuka Highway in Chikun Local Government Area, and shot sporadically in the air before whisking some of the students away.
The state commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, confirmed the incident and said efforts are being made to rescue the abducted students.
