UI to matriculate 3,749 undergraduate students for the 2023/2024 academic session




The University of Ibadan in Oyo state has announced that it has admitted 3,749 students to its various undergraduate programmes.

According to the institution, the students were admitted for the academic session 2023/2024. The institution made these claims in a statement released to the media by the university’s Public Relations Officer, Mrs Adejoke Akinpelu.

The institution stated that the students who are scheduled for matriculation accepted the admission offered by the college. It further said that only freshly admitted students are expected to attend the matriculation ceremony.

“Three thousand seven hundred and forty-nine candidates who accepted the admission granted them by the University of Ibadan are expected to participate in the 2023/2024 matriculation ceremony.

“The programme is expected to be virtual, and participants are to join online.”
