With his outstanding achievement, Ogun-state Ositade has once again confirmed and projected the state as a hub of academic winners.

His achievement originates from his outstanding performance on the SAT, where he received a perfect score in Math (800/800) and a near-perfect score of 760 out of 800 in Reading and Writing. In addition to his other academic and personal accomplishments, he has a college grade point average of 4.04/4.0.

With these accomplishments and a track record of excellence, Ositade obtained 14 scholarships from prestigious colleges, 9 of which are full-ride scholarships (covering tuition, accommodation, allowance, and all other student expenses).

Harvard University, Brown University, Duke University, University of Toronto Lester B, Pearson Scholarship, Wesleyan University, Carnegie Mellon University, Qatar, University of Miami, Howard University, Stetson University, and the University of Toronto Mississauga Campus are among the schools represented.

His academic prowess goes beyond standardised tests. With a score of 358 on the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), he finished second in Nigeria for the year 2023.

Furthermore, in the 2023 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), Ositade’s achievements were among the best in his school, with 8A1s and 1B2.

He has also represented his schools in several local and international events, where he has demonstrated his intellectual prowess by winning numerous awards for himself and his schools.

With a great interest in Quantum Computing and Mathematics, Ositade intends to study Computational Physics. He is ready to achieve substantial progress in his chosen field.

In an interview, Ositade remarked that these achievements would not have been possible without his dedication and the preparation efforts of his alma mater, The Ambassadors College, Ota (a Christian Co-Educational School).

He noted that the school’s structured academic plan, which combines British and Nigerian curricula, provides students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed on both local and international levels.

“Offering classes and specialised courses such as SAT, IELTS, and A-levels, the school ensures that students not only achieve stellar academic results but also position themselves for coveted scholarships in Ivy League universities.”
