Al-Ansar University Maiduguri (AUM) Post-UTME Form 2023: Eligibility, Application Steps, Cut-off Mark




This is to notify interested candidates that the post-UTME form sales for admission to the institution’s various courses and programmes for the 2023–2024 session have begun by the management of Al-Ansar University. Below in this post are the specifics of the admission requirements and the application process.

Following a vigorous Resource Verification Exercise, the National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved additional five (5) New Programmes to be offered during the 2023/2024 Academic Session for Al-Ansar University, Maiduguri (AUM).

The New Programmes approved are, B. A English and Literary Studies, B. Sc. Human Resource Management, B. Sc. Microbiology, B. Sc. Data Science and B. Sc. Information Technology. This brings to twenty seven (27) academic Programmes approved by NUC all to be offered in the 2023/2024 academic session.

Eligibility

Candidates must choose AUM as their most preferred institution and have a minimum cut off mark of 140 in 2023 UTME subject combination respectively conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB); and 

Candidates must have five (5) Credits, including English Language and Mathematics in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings.

Method of application 

Candidates are to visit JAMB portal www.jamb.gov.ng to change their University of choice if they have not chosen AUM for their Programme of Study;

In addition all candidates are to ensure that they upload their ‘O’ Level and UTME results on the JAMB and University Portals; and

Candidates are to pay N2,000:00 (two thousand naira) for Post UTME screening exercise through the University Portal.
