Scholarship Categories
Undergraduate Full Scholarship Award
- Duration: Extends through your chosen programme.
- Criteria: Your first choice in UTME must be Edo State University.
- Score Requirement: A minimum UTME score of 260.
- Slots Available: Only five exceptional candidates will be awarded.
Indigent Students Scholarship Award
- Award: 100 scholarships available for indigent students.
- Coverage: It includes tuition fees for your chosen programme.
- Criteria: Specifically for Edo State indigenes with a UTME score of 180.
Eligibility Requirements
- UTME Score: You must have a minimum score stipulated for each scholarship category.
- English Proficiency: High competency in written and spoken English is required.
- Proof of Indigency: Edo State origin students must provide evidence of indigency.
- Programme Exclusions: Note that Medicine, Law, Nursing, and MLS are not covered as they are oversubscribed.
- Admission Requirements: You must meet EDSU’s entry requirements for your chosen course.
