The University of Ilorin’s administration has declared that the new academic year will start on December 4, 2023, when both new and returning students are expected to return to campus.
The University Senate made this decision on Tuesday, November 14th, during its 298th meeting.
The institution’s Director of Corporate Affairs, Mr. Kunle Akogun, disclosed in a statement that the lectures would start in earnest on December 18, 2023, following the completion of any registration requirements.
Mr. Akogun further mentioned that January 29, 2024, has been set aside for the matriculation of new students.
