Oyebanji names Olowolafe new Chancellor of Ekiti State University

The appointment of business mogul Dr. Tunji Olowolafe as the Chancellor of Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, has been approved by Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji.

Olowolafe, an Are-Ekiti native, is a successful businessman with decades of experience in medicine and a stellar reputation.

He co-founded Deux Project Limited in 1988 and currently serves as its chief executive officer and managing director. The company provides civil engineering, construction, consulting, and maintenance services.

He had previously served as a member of the Ekiti State Covid-19 Resource Mobilisation Committee.

Olowolafe, a University of Ilorin, Kwara State, graduate in medicine and surgery, began his career as a company entrepreneur after a brief period of practicing medicine.

He is also the founder of Generic Product Limited, which he launched in 1996, and the Chairman and Managing Director of Deux Investment Limited.
